The Massage Specialist program provides training for an entry-level career as a professional massage therapist. Students develop the knowledge necessary to develop massage protocol and perform an extensive therapeutic massage with focus on whole body wellness. Graduates are prepared for employment opportunities in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, medical offices, and private practice and are eligible to sit for the National Certification Examination for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork; or, graduates may elect to continue their education to earn the Massage Therapy associate degree.
